Social Security’s intention is to supplement 40% of your average earnings in retirement, ideally supplemented with pension and investment income. Our current economy no longer has many pensions available and saving is always challenging. This makes your SSA benefit a large part of your retirement plan. If you were to receive a benefit rate of 1300.00 at age 62 and live to the average life expectancy, you will receive over 200k in benefits during your retirement years. Being sure you receive the right amount starting out can make a big difference in your long term return on your SSA investment.
Any appointed representative who wants to charge and collect a fee for services in connection with a claim before the Social Security Administration (SSA) is required by law to first obtain SSA’s authorization of the fee.

The cost of my representation is:
Retirement:
$400 for representation on filing your claim.
$700 for filing your claim if your earnings are above 100k due to additional complexity of your application.
You will receive billing for my service that will allow you to electronically transfer funds to retain my services. This payment will be held in a trust account pending SSA’s approval. After you receive notification from SSA regarding my payment authorization, your payment will be transferred out of trust and your account will be updated as paid in full.

I am currently not providing disability representation.
What You Will Need:
You need to be within four months of attainment of age 62 or over to schedule your appointment. I am not providing consulting appointments at this time. My representation is to help complete the online retirement application.
Email me to schedule an appointment based on Eastern Standard Time. You will receive an electronic appointment of representation forms along with a payment agreement to complete, and an invoice for electronic fund transfer.
Once all forms are returned completed and my retainer is in trust your appointment will be scheduled. Appointment availability varies. You will receive additional instructions if scheduling potentially impacts your most advantageous month of entitlement. Please only request an appointment if you are ready to file your application.
You will need Zoom, Facetime, Google Meet, or other previously agreed upon virtual app. I will be with you virtually, providing customized customer service and explaining the meaning behind the questions SSA asks on the application. You can rest assured that your application will be accurate and complete when transmitted for your entitlement.
Most applications take about an hour to complete. If our time exceeds this, additional billing may apply.
You will need to have an active MySSA account established. At the appointment time, please be logged into your SSA account and ready to start the application. I look forward to guiding you to your best entitlement.
