Eugene is a knowledgeable and dedicated benefits consultant who is driven by an unwavering passion for community service. Operating across the state of Florida, he offers his expertise in guiding individuals through the complexities of retirement planning and benefit advocacy.
With 28 years of specialized experience with the Social Security Administration (SSA), Eugene possesses deep, authoritative knowledge in retirement, Medicare, and disability services. During his tenure, particularly in his final three years as a recognized Technical Expert, he was celebrated for his adept navigation of intricate regulations and benefit structures.
Eugene’s profound dedication is further strengthened by over 28 years as a senior Army Officer, a career that spanned across command and senior staff positions, which culminated with service at the Pentagon as the Director of Emergency Support Operations at US Army Headquarters. This extensive military career instilled in him unparalleled discipline, leadership, and a steadfast commitment to service. Additionally, Eugene holds an MBA in Business Administration, equipping him with a comprehensive understanding of financial strategies and client-centric solutions.
Eugene’s commitment to client support also frequently takes him nationwide, where he combines professional engagements with his passion for exploring the great outdoors.
Beyond his professional pursuits, Eugene embodies the very principles of a well-planned and fulfilling life that he advocates for his clients. His vision for an ideal retirement is a tapestry of diverse experiences. He envisions himself traveling across the USA and Europe, immersing himself in the tranquility of beaches and mountains, and actively engaging in outdoor activities like hiking, paddle boarding, kayaking, and fishing. At the core of his vision is his cherished family, finding immense joy in shared moments with his wife and daughters. Whether it’s an impromptu dinner with his younger daughter at college in Orlando or a spontaneous trip to New York City to enjoy Broadway shows and concerts with his older daughter, family holds the utmost importance in his life. Eugene’s dedication extends to his furry companions as well; a devoted dog lover, he shares his home with a playful Miniature Schnauzer and two calm Maltese Poodles.
Eugene’s diverse interests reflect a dynamic and multifaceted personality. His passions span the creative arts, including photography and playing guitar, the culinary delights of gourmet cooking, and the analytical challenge of stock trading. As a former youth soccer coach, dance dad, and even a youth boxer, he maintains a keen appreciation for sports and mentorship. Fluent in English and Spanish, and proficient in conversational German, Eugene’s broad cultural understanding further enhances his ability to connect with a diverse clientele.
Maria Maier
Maria Maier, MBA is the Founder & CEO of Step Up & Thrive, a New York State–certified Women-Owned Business Enterprise specializing in transformative executive coaching, leadership development, and employee training and development.
Originally from the Soviet Union, and bilingual in English and Russian, Maria understands firsthand what it means to navigate change, reinvent yourself, and lead through uncertainty. Her background spans higher education, municipal government, business development, and executive coaching — giving her a unique ability to help leaders communicate with greater clarity, confidence, and influence.
As a Maxwell Leadership Certified Trainer, Behavioral DISC Consultant, and executive coach with multiple certifications, Maria is known for helping executives, entrepreneurs, and organizations move from feeling stuck or overlooked to gaining buy-in, strengthening leadership presence, and creating meaningful momentum. Her coaching approach is based on coaching laboratory framework that unlocks strategic leadership, and actionable and effective plan that drives real results.
Today, Maria works with professionals, business owners, and organizations who want more than information — they want trusted guidance, meaningful connection, and someone who genuinely cares about helping them move forward.
Outside of work, she enjoys supporting community initiatives, serving on boards, mentoring emerging leaders, speaking at conferences, and spending time with her husband, four children, extended family and friends. She’s passionate about personal growth, wellness, and helping others recognize that it’s never too late to step into the next chapter of life with purpose and confidence.

Daniel Lorca
Daniel Lorca has spent his career making technology work better for everyone. During his 15 years at Apple, he was the co-creator of iOS Low Power Mode, launched Siri for Brazil and Singapore, led human-annotated data efforts, and wrote code that continues to run unmodified across numerous platforms, including iPhone and Apple TV, more than a decade later. Apple co-founder Steve Wozniak has described Daniel as having "incredible insight." He also contributed to projects that earned two Technical Emmy Awards for streaming software. He holds a degree in chemistry from the University of Virginia and computer science engineering from the University of California Davis. A native of Chile raised in Brazil, Daniel is fluent in four languages.
He brings that same strategic thinking to his independent consulting practice, serving as a personalized strategic sounding board for clients navigating one of the most consequential decisions of their lives, helping them think clearly, plan deliberately, and feel confident before the technical decisions get made. Daniel also owns and manages a vacation rental property in California.
Outside of work, Daniel enjoys cooking and traveling with his family. He is active in community initiatives he hopes to expand in the years ahead, and his vision for the future includes more of what matters most: time with family, exploring new places, and continuing to serve the communities around him.
