Eugene’s profound dedication is further strengthened by over 28 years as a senior Army Officer, a career that spanned across command and senior staff positions, which culminated with service at the Pentagon as the Director of Emergency Support Operations at US Army Headquarters. This extensive military career instilled in him unparalleled discipline, leadership, and a steadfast commitment to service. Additionally, Eugene holds an MBA in Business Administration, equipping him with a comprehensive understanding of financial strategies and client-centric solutions.

Whether it’s an impromptu dinner with his younger daughter at college in Orlando or a spontaneous trip to New York City to enjoy Broadway shows and concerts with his older daughter, family holds the utmost importance in his life. Eugene’s dedication extends to his furry companions as well; a devoted dog lover, he shares his home with a playful Miniature Schnauzer and two calm Maltese Poodles.

Originally from the Soviet Union, and bilingual in English and Russian, Maria understands firsthand what it means to navigate change, reinvent yourself, and lead through uncertainty.
