A Lifetime of Dedicated Service, A Career of Unmatched Expertise

My general life philosophy is that if you’re going to do something, do it well, with pure intentions. This principle has guided me through an entire career of over 26 years at the Social Security Administration (SSA) and into my personal life as a wife, mother, and community volunteer.
After retiring from a fulfilling career where I was referred to by management as a "pillar of the office for Title II law," I truly missed the satisfaction of helping people. I began offering my expertise for consult to local financial advisory firms, assisting them with multiple technical inquiries and conducting educational seminars. It was during this experience I realized how much clients appreciated dedicated, expert representation when filing for Retirement benefits.
My Professional Journey: A Career of Specialized Social Security Expertise
My 26-year career was spent specializing in Title II of the Social Security Act, which encompasses entitlements for Retirement, Survivor, and Disability benefits, as well as Medicare entitlement. My journey within the SSA is a story of growth and mastery, as I worked my way up from a Claims Development Clerk to a Service Representative, then Claims Specialist, Technical Expert, and ultimately retired as an Operations Supervisor.
Unlike most SSA employees who are cross-trained in both Social Security and Supplemental Security Income, I was completely specialized in and am an expert in Retirement, Survivors, and children’s benefits. This specialized focus allowed me to develop a deep level of expertise that is rare in the field. My experience extends across multiple district field offices in both urban and rural communities, and I was routinely entrusted to manage several complex, specialized workloads for my district’s entire service area.
As I progressed into leadership, my responsibilities grew to include mentoring employees, serving as a congressional liaison, and writing detailed instructions for case processing to ensure best practices. I also taught multiple in-person training courses on complex subjects like widow benefits and the annual earnings test. My experience makes me uniquely qualified to guide you to your most advantageous entitlement.
Family and Community Commitment
This same dedication to doing things well has always been a core part of my personal life. My primary focus has always been my family. I am a married mom of three, and my greatest accomplishment has been raising my son and two daughters. Our family enjoys dinners together, laughter, and the outdoors.
I believe in giving back to and supporting the community. While my children were young, I served as the president of the Parent-Teacher Organization (PTO) at their elementary school. During my tenure, I successfully spearheaded initiatives to enhance the learning environment by securing and authorizing funding that facilitated whiteboard installation in every classroom. One of my proudest accomplishments was building a consensus among teachers, parents, and administrators to allocate conserved funds for the creation of an additional playground for the school.
As a dedicated animal advocate and dog enthusiast, I have volunteered my time fostering dogs, assisting local dog rescues with transportation, and caring for animals at a local shelter. It was gratifying to make a difference in the lives of these deserving animals.
It’s with that mindset, I’ve started this representation service for you, to ensure you receive your best retirement entitlement.
